The restaurant Belle Époque, is a secure port for all that, in the OST of the ’30s and 40s - Ella Fitzgerald, Charles Trenet, Bill Thornton, or Maurice Chevallier, among others –, want to taste regional gastronomic specialties, simple and authentic, or well-known courses of international cuisine.

The wine menu highlights the famous wines from Bussaco, ex-libris of the Portuguese wines produced since 1920 to the group hotels, a must-do experience for those who like wine activities.
With the acclaimed mastery which is recognized to him, Chef Carlos Pimentel, and his brigade, propose to you an elaborate and balanced menu having by basis contemporary cuisine and emblematic historical courses of this house always demanded by generations of guests: from the fish soup to the historical golden fillets of hake or to the traditional Portuguese steak, not to forget the delicacies with the regional taste such as the piglet or the chanfana (traditional goat stew) and to end with desserts such as sweet rice with cinnamon or the much-enjoyed crème brûlée with Porto jelly.
