Chef Antoine Westermann, awarded with 3 Michelin stars and internationally renowned, was responsible for the launch of the UVA outstanding cuisine, always accompanied by the no less mastery of Chef Thomas Faudry, who runs the restaurant today, bringing you every day the freshest and delicious products from the regional market in fusion with the French cuisine.

The wine cellar of the restaurant offers an interesting selection of wines from the region of Madeira and some wines of the best producers of other Portuguese wine regions.

This space has an exclusive Gourmet Private Room with a capacity for 12 people.
