Our knowledge is like no other national platform, and we work with every wine region in the country and over 300 local partners, including wineries, hotels, and tour guides. We select these experiences with great care and work with the best partners in the wine and travel industry!
It’s simple, really. You can use our Trip Finder tool to search regions and experiences based on when you want to travel and how you want to feel.

All of our travel advisors are at your disposal, and you can design something entirely to your liking; every landing has a form that you can fill out.
In most cases, you will have your initial itinerary within 24h. If the itinerary is more complex and requires a call or contact exchange, it may take a bit longer 
All of our itineraries are completely tailor-made from scratch. The ones you see in the landings as a showcase are just a small sample of what we can do. We advise that you analyze the region you want, fill out the custom tour forum explaining what you want, and then a travel advisor will begin to tailor and mold a tailor-made itinerary around what you want.
After you confirm and are satisfied with the final itinerary, all reservations will be confirmed with our suppliers, and we will start the final countdown to welcome you to our wonderful country. As you get closer to the departure date and have made your final payment, we will send you a roadbook with all the details and any needs that may arise! We will always be available to answer questions and provide pre- and post-trip follow-up. 
Yes, absolutely. We are here for you. Feel free to share your ideas with us, even after you close the itinerary. We will help you with whatever you need. 
Our website has a wide panoply of offers ranging from itineraries to restaurants, hotels, wineries, and experiences in all regions of the country. 

How do I use the website and search for a specific interest?

Hotel - offers a list of hotels, handpicked from north to south of the country. 
Restaurants - offers a list of restaurants, handpicked from north to south of the country. 
Winery - contains a list of wineries and their wine tastings that we recommend in each region, as well as their different ranges and offers
Experiences - shows you a list of wine tours, cooking classes, hot air balloon rides, and other experiences you might find exciting 

You can also browse through what we call the "Search Bar", showing all the bases and contents of our website. Just click on the magnifying glass in the top bar and type in what you are looking for, then you will be redirected to the landing that contains what you are looking for. 
In the case of reservation requests for wineries, experiences, and restaurants, you will receive an email confirming the reservation request via email. Please be aware that the first email you receive is only the reservation request information and the second is the availability confirmation. Wine Tourism in Portugal will confirm your booking and send you a confirmation email/gift card. As you can read in our terms and conditions, the value is only captive, not charged, until the moment of confirmation, in case of a non-confirmed booking you will not be charged. (Remember to always check the Terms and Conditions, such as payment and cancellation policies.)

In the case of a tour request, after filling out the form, you will be redirected to a landing page, and you will receive an email informing you that you will receive the first contact from our travel advisors, within 24 hours. From then on you will start the whole journey of making your dreams come true in Portugal. 
We accept payment with a payment/credit card for all online bookings through the STRIPE payment system. Alternative payment methods (bank transfer) can be discussed for bespoke inquiries.
All reservations must be canceled directly by contacting Wine Tourism in Portugal (you can check the contacts page to understand the best way to contact us). Remember to always check the cancellation policies for available dates and refunds.
